Job description 

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, integration, and optimization of AI-powered solutions.  

Requirements 

• Strong experience with GenAI and LLMs, with practical experience developing and integrating LLM-powered applications and services  
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) 
• Strong proficiency in Python  
• Evaluate and configure AI models based on project and business requirements. 
• Experience in professional software development  
• Solid understanding and application of software engineering best practices 
• Practical experience developing AI assistants and chatbots, particularly applications capable of providing context-aware responses 
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure Cloud platform 
• Experience working with AI and Generative AI solutions deployed in containerised environments such as Docker and Kubernetes would be a strong advantage.
• Background or strong interest in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP 
• Hands-on experience with API management and development 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Proactive mindset- taking initiative, showing ownership, and actively contributing beyond assigned tasks 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
